1. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Free Trial: 14 days with full access to all features

Monthly Subscription: $175 USD per month

Payment Method: Cryptocurrency only (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL)

Synusodix operates on a subscription-based model. All new users receive a complimentary 14-day trial period with unrestricted access to premium features. Following the trial, continued service requires an active paid subscription.

2. Payment Methods

2.1 Accepted Cryptocurrencies

We accept the following cryptocurrencies for subscription payments:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • USD Tether (USDT) - ERC-20 and TRC-20
  • Solana (SOL)
  • Other major cryptocurrencies upon request

2.2 Payment Processing

All cryptocurrency payments are processed through secure, automated payment gateways. You will receive a unique payment address for each transaction. Payments are typically confirmed within 15-30 minutes depending on network congestion.

2.3 Exchange Rates

Cryptocurrency amounts are calculated based on current market rates at the time of payment initiation. Rates are locked for 30 minutes to allow transaction completion. Users are responsible for any blockchain network fees (gas fees).

3. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions operate on a monthly billing cycle:

  • Trial Period: 14 days from first activation, no payment required
  • First Payment: Due on day 15 to maintain uninterrupted service
  • Recurring Billing: Automatic renewal on the same day each month
  • Grace Period: 3 days after payment due date before service suspension

You will receive payment reminders via email 7 days and 2 days before your billing date, and on the day payment is due.

4. Subscription Renewal

4.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew automatically. You must manually process payment each month through your account dashboard. This gives you complete control over your subscription.

4.2 Renewal Notifications

We send multiple reminders before subscription expiration:

  • 7-day advance notice
  • 48-hour reminder
  • Payment due notification
  • Final notice before service suspension

4.3 Failed Renewals

If payment is not received within the grace period, your account will be suspended. You can reactivate by completing payment within 30 days. After 30 days, account data may be permanently deleted.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with service
  • Failure to use the service during paid period
  • Trading losses incurred while using Synusodix
  • Technical issues on the axiom.trade platform
  • User error or misconfiguration of features

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Service was completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our error
  • Double billing or payment processing errors
  • Legal requirements mandating refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue occurring and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Taxes and Fees

6.1 Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes related to your Synusodix subscription. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Value Added Tax (VAT)
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • Sales tax
  • Cryptocurrency transaction taxes in your jurisdiction

6.2 Blockchain Fees

All blockchain network fees (gas fees, miner fees) are the responsibility of the user. Ensure you include sufficient fees for timely transaction confirmation.

6.3 Payment Processing Fees

The subscription price is inclusive of all our processing fees. No additional fees are charged by Synusodix beyond the stated $175 monthly rate.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is effective immediately, but you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

7.2 Effects of Cancellation

  • Access to premium features terminates at the end of the paid period
  • No partial refunds for unused time
  • Account data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
  • After 30 days, all account data may be permanently deleted

7.3 Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by processing a new payment. If reactivating within 30 days of cancellation, your previous settings and configurations will be restored.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days advance notice and will apply only to new billing cycles. Current subscribers will be notified via email and in-platform notification.

If you do not accept a price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect. Continued use of the service after the price change date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Promotional Offers

Occasionally, we may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers. These promotions:

  • Are subject to specific terms and conditions
  • May have limited availability or duration
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
  • Are non-transferable
  • May require a promotional code for activation

We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.

10. Payment Verification and Security

10.1 KYC Requirements

While we do not collect traditional payment card information, we may require basic identity verification for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. This may include:

  • Email verification
  • Basic identity documentation for subscriptions over certain thresholds
  • Source of funds verification if suspicious activity is detected

10.2 Fraud Prevention

We employ automated systems to detect fraudulent payment activity. Suspicious transactions may be delayed or rejected. We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification before activating service
  • Refuse service to users engaging in suspicious activity
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
  • Suspend accounts pending investigation

11. Disputes and Chargebacks

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, traditional chargebacks are not possible. If you have a billing dispute:

  • Provide transaction details and description of the issue
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • Resolution may include account credit or service extension

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

12. Service Credits

In cases of extended service outages or technical issues caused by Synusodix, we may issue service credits at our discretion:

  • Credits are applied to your account for future billing cycles
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Credits must be used within 12 months of issuance
  • Credits are forfeited upon account closure
