1. Introduction

Welcome to Synusodix. These Terms of Service govern your use of our DeFi trading intelligence platform and services. By accessing or using Synusodix, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Synusodix is a browser-based enhancement tool for the axiom.trade platform, providing advanced trading features, analytics, and automation capabilities. Our service is designed for experienced traders who understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency and DeFi trading.

2. Definitions

Client/User:

Any individual or entity that registers for and uses Synusodix services through the browser-based bookmarklet interface.

Platform:

The Synusodix browser enhancement tool and all associated features, including trading triggers, analytics, wallet tracking, and automation tools.

Services:

All features provided by Synusodix including but not limited to: smart trade triggers, AI market analysis, wallet tracking, memecoin leverage trading assistance, and real-time alerts.

Subscription:

The paid access period for Synusodix premium features, billed at $175 per month following a 14-day free trial.

Trading Account:

Your axiom.trade account that Synusodix enhances with additional features and functionality.

3. Service Description

Synusodix provides advanced trading intelligence and automation features for the axiom.trade platform, including:

• Smart trade trigger creation and execution
• Real-time multichain tracking and analytics
• AI-powered market analysis and signal generation
• Wallet tracking and whale behavior monitoring
• Automated trading strategies and risk management tools
• Performance analytics and optimization recommendations

All trading operations are executed through axiom.trade's infrastructure. Synusodix acts as an enhancement layer providing additional features and automation.

4. Eligibility and Registration

To use Synusodix, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid axiom.trade account in good standing
• Use a desktop browser (mobile devices are not supported)
• Not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Registration is completed by installing the Synusodix bookmarklet and activating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Synusodix features. No payment information is required during the trial period.

5.2 Subscription Fees

After the trial period, continued access requires a monthly subscription of $175 USD. Payment is processed through secure cryptocurrency payment gateways.

5.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically each billing cycle. Failure to pay results in immediate service suspension.

5.4 Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

6. Trading Operations

Synusodix facilitates trading operations on axiom.trade but does not execute trades directly. All trades are subject to axiom.trade's terms and conditions.

6.1 Automated Trading

Our smart trigger system allows automated trade execution based on predefined conditions. You acknowledge that:

• Automated trades carry significant risk and can result in substantial losses
• You are responsible for configuring and monitoring all automated strategies
• Market conditions can change rapidly, affecting automated trade outcomes
• Technical issues may delay or prevent automated trade execution

6.2 Market Data

Market data, prices, and analytics provided by Synusodix are for informational purposes only. We aggregate data from multiple sources but do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies and DeFi assets involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• Leverage trading can magnify both gains and losses
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose your entire investment
• Synusodix does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice
• You trade entirely at your own risk and responsibility

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Synusodix for illegal activities or money laundering
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Synusodix are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synusodix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Technical failures or service interruptions
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party actions or platform failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately with no refund for unused subscription time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
